Through August, the two arms sit in very different positions. Benevolence runs steadily month to month as needs arise and holds clear headroom at 49% of budget. Justice & Outreach has now spent 108% of its annual budget with four months remaining, driven by organization partners at $221,154 against a $155,000 line; the March disbursement cycle explains the shape, but the overage is real and belongs on the Kevin and Lindsay agenda before further commitments.
Year-to-date highlights
- Benevolence: $107,835 deployed. Housing and rent assistance led, followed by general and emergency support. Steady month-to-month deployment through August ($9,422 in August).
- Justice & Outreach: $340,527, now 108% of the $315,200 annual budget. Anchored by education partners (Buena Vista Horace Mann $40,000, Rise University Prep $39,628) and humanitarian partners Mobilize Love and Because Justice Matters.
- Org partners $221,154 · individual partners $88,800. 19 organizations and 16 missionaries/families supported through July, several on steady monthly commitments.
- March was the peak month for J&O as annual organization-partner gifts were disbursed; May and June were markedly lighter, as expected.
- Designated giving of $15,390 flowed into the benevolence fund, and $73,624 of designated J&O gifts offset the partner lines.

- Click any KPI tile (category, org partners, individual partners, focus area) to open a drawer with the underlying recipients or partners and their month-by-month amounts.
- Search any tab by recipient, partner, organization, or focus area: the tiles, charts, and tables all recalculate live.
- Filter by month using the monthly chips (Jan through Aug); charts dim inactive months and totals update to the selected period.
- Charts include a trailing-YTD line (spend vs. designated giving), a month-by-month bar, a category/focus breakdown, and a year-over-year comparison (2024 / 2025 / 2026 YTD).
- Roles: Kevin is Budget Owner for Care & Compassion; Heather manages Benevolence and Lindsay manages Justice & Outreach.
All 2026 figures from the August 2026 financial package (QBO P&L by Class, Jan–Aug). Year-over-year compares 2024 and 2025 full years against 2026 year-to-date (Jan–Aug), so 2026 bars are partial-year by design. Recipient and partner transaction rows reflect detail posted through Jul 31; August appears as a labeled aggregate line per arm until the September detail lands.
